tipping.
i'm at starbucks, and i order a tall dark, the total is $1.66 (or something like that). i give my $1.75 and take all the change, ignoring the tip jar.
i'm at the bar, and i order a gin and tonic. i give a $10 bill, and drop at least a loonie in the tip jar.
what does everyone else do?
