ok vancouverites, i know that the weather has changed drastically. last week, it was like we were in the bahamas to this week, which was sort of spring-like weather, vancouver style. however, this does not mean that you should break out the winter down-filled parka or wear a floor length wool cashmere coat (i saw two people wearing this yesterday).
come on people!
